1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on e9999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the operation of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. e9999 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the platform. This age restriction is firm and non-negotiable.
• You are not accessing e9999 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or where e9999 has specifically restricted access.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold another active e9999 account. Only one account per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or agent of e9999 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously had an e9999 account closed, suspended, or terminated for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your e9999 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. e9999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify e9999 support immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account. e9999 will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. During any such suspension, pending bets may be settled normally unless evidence of fraud or manipulation is established.

e9999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any point. Standard verification documents may include a government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, recent utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete.

Account balances are held in PKR. e9999 does not pay interest on account balances. Dormant accounts (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months that hold a positive balance) may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of up to Rs 500, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

e9999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay/Debit Card, and USDT TRC20. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed in the e9999 cashier at the time of the transaction. These limits may change from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your e9999 PKR account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer timelines depend on the processing times of the respective financial institution and may take up to three business days.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the specific withdrawal limits and processing times applicable to that method. e9999 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts, accounts in names other than the registered account holder, or payment methods not previously used on the account.

Before processing a withdrawal, e9999 may require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one to three business days. Once approved, funds are dispatched to the designated payment method within the processing timeframe published in the cashier. e9999 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party financial institutions after funds have been dispatched.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the e9999 cashier and vary by payment method.
• e9999 does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to completion of all applicable wagering requirements prior to processing.
• e9999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, or that appear inconsistent with a player's deposit history or gaming patterns.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on e9999 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games (Space Max and Limbo), and sports betting markets — are subject to the specific game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between the game-specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics only; all other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force.

e9999 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all virtual games and certified live dealer protocols for all live casino products. All game outcomes are independently audited to ensure statistical fairness. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are displayed in the respective game information panels.

Sports betting markets are subject to e9999's Sports Betting Rules, which form an incorporated part of this Agreement. Key provisions include:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
• e9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay and may be refused if the relevant market has closed or the event outcome has become materially certain.
• PSL, international cricket, UFC, and football markets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body. Replays, reversals of official results, or subsequent disciplinary actions after settlement do not affect bet outcomes.
• e9999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, or to limit any individual player's maximum bet on any market, at its sole discretion.

Crash game outcomes for Space Max and Limbo are generated using provably fair algorithms. Players may verify the fairness of any completed round using the seed verification tools available within each game interface.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

e9999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to be bound by the specific terms of that promotion in addition to this Agreement.

General bonus terms that apply across all e9999 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period and are removed from the account without compensation.
• Certain game categories may contribute at reduced rates — or not at all — toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Contribution rates are listed in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits otherwise.

7 Responsible Gaming

e9999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gambling on e9999 is intended as a form of entertainment only and should never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

e9999 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a period of 24 hours after any requested increase.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session duration limits or timed reminders to prompt natural breaks in gaming activity.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on e9999. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an e9999 account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or using e9999 as a vehicle for processing illicit funds.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with e9999 games or sports betting markets in a manner not intended for genuine player use.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer table games or player-versus-player formats.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the e9999 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game logic, graphics, logos, text, audiovisual materials, database structures, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of e9999 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the e9999 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the e9999 platform or its content without prior written authorisation from e9999.

The e9999 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of e9999. Unauthorised use of e9999 trademarks in any form is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e9999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the e9999 platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill.

e9999 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. e9999 accepts no liability for losses incurred due to platform unavailability during such periods.

e9999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your e9999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude e9999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Suspension & Termination

e9999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, e9999 may freeze account funds pending investigation and report the matter to relevant authorities.

You may request closure of your e9999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification.

e9999 will not return bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements at the time of account closure, whether closure is initiated by the player or by e9999.

12 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of e9999's services, you should first contact e9999 customer support and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally. e9999 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within seven business days.

In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved through e9999's internal complaints process, the matter may be escalated to the dispute resolution body designated by e9999's licensing authority. You agree that, before initiating any formal legal proceedings against e9999, you will first exhaust the internal complaints and escalation process described in this section. Disputes relating to the settlement of sports betting markets shall be governed by e9999's Sports Betting Rules and the decision of e9999's trading team shall, subject to the escalation process, be final.

13 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which e9999 holds its gaming licence. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising under this Agreement, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12 above.

If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of e9999 to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
